ALL FEES: NON-REFUNDABLE—DUE BEFORE or ON the FIRST of each MONTH. $15.00 charge on ‘5th’ of month if account is unpaid.
NO post-dated checks. No transfers between students. In office, $2.00 for credit card use. $5 billing fee. No credits for absentees.
NOTIFY US: Please notify the DW office of any changes in your contact information; cells, e-mails, address. AVOID FEES: If you are dropping, (we hate to see you go), you MUST NOTIFY the office IN WRITING by the 15th of prior to month of withdrawal.
